My introduction to leadership began when I started working with a large financial firm in the United States. Early on, I learned the importance of operating as part of a team and how powerful it is when everyone comes together to pursue one shared goal—to win. These lessons have been invaluable throughout my career.
In my current role as a Senior Financial Broker, I am responsible for more than 80 agents. Guiding, supporting, and developing them has reinforced my belief in the impact strong leadership can have on an organization.
